A huge part of the compound used to be nothingness, with just a couple of trees surrounding a walkway. There wasn’t much facilities in GVR too at that point.

Regarding security and access, significant measures have been taken. The guard house was strategically relocated to the base of the hill, recognized as the key chokepoint. Additionally, a perimeter fence now surrounds the entire development. Furthermore, key card access has been implemented for both the lift and common lobby, culminating in the establishment of a comprehensive three-tier security system.

Even though hidden in an uninspiring corner next to Block D2, the Sewer Treatment Plant (STP) and Refuse Chamber have not been forgotten. While out of public sight, a well maintained STP and Refuse Chamber is key for providing residents with a comfortable and hygiene living environment.
