Responsibilities
- To monitor project progress, tracking milestones, ensuring project stays on schedule and within budget.
- To handle changes to the project scope or specifications, assess impact on cost and schedule, and negotiate variations or change orders.
- To oversee the quality of work being carried out, ensuring it meets the specified standards and requirements.
- To maintain accurate project records, including correspondence, reports, and documentation related to variations, claims, and other project-related matters.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
